At Heavenly Touch Headstone Cleaning, we take pride in offering respectful, high-quality care to every family we serve. This policy outlines how we handle payments and refunds to ensure clarity and trust.
Payment Policy
- Invoices are sent after services are completed. We do not require payment upfront. Once your loved one’s resting place has been professionally cleaned and maintained, you’ll receive an invoice via Square.
- Photos of the completed work will be included with your invoice as proof of service.
- We accept secure payments through Square, including:
- Debit and Credit Cards
- ACH Bank Transfers
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
- If you have any concerns about the service you received, please reach out within 3 business days of receiving your invoice and photos.
- We’ll work with you to address any issues, and if necessary, offer a re-service at no additional charge.
- Refunds may be issued in rare situations where services could not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Scheduling & Communication
- Services are scheduled personally by phone, email, or website inquiry—no booking software is used.
- We do not charge any fees for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens, and we’re here to work with you.
